Hanie began pursuing a career in real estate in 2022. Having grown up in the Valley, she is committed to helping others be able to call this beautiful area home. She joined Rocktown Realty in 2024 as a Property Manager while still dedicating herself to her clients in their real estate transactions. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling to new places with friends or spending time with her pets.

Adri Galeano is an ambitious young professional raised in West Palm Beach; Florida though born in Honduras. She frequently traveled to Harrisonburg, Virginia during summer breaks before eventually relocating at the age of 16. She went on to graduate from Harrisonburg High School.

Upon completing her secondary education, Adri joined her father's company where she gained valuable hands-on business experience. Currently, she is working towards obtaining her Class A contractor's license and real estate license, furthering her industry knowledge and credentials.

Adri recently joined the Rocktown team as an Assistant Property Manager of Residential Housing. In her personal time, Adri enjoys exploring new activities around Harrisonburg. She also values spending quality time with her family and friends, forming meaningful connections in her community.

Emilie Fowler is a native of Bedford, Virginia. She moved to Harrisonburg to pursue a bachelor’s degree in biology at James Madison University. After graduating, Emilie decided to pursue a career in real estate. Her commitment to helping others find their dream homes and navigate the intricacies of the real estate market reflects her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Emilie enjoys traveling and going on hikes with her fiancé and two dogs. In every aspect of her life, she brings warmth, dedication, and a genuine love for both people and animals. Whether guiding clients through the real estate process or spending quality time with her family and cherished pets, Emilie is a great addition to the Rocktown Team!

Julie is from Roanoke, VA and moved to Harrisonburg in 2022 after transferring to James Madison University. She graduated in May of 2024 with her bachelor's in Secondary Education and History. Julie began working at Rocktown as a summer inspector and decided to join the company full time after graduation as an Assistant Property Manager of student housing. When not working, she can be found doing something crafty, spending time with her friends and family, or attending concerts. 

Marcia Cruz grew up in Honduras, where she earned her degree in Computer Science. She moved to the U.S. about ten years ago, building a wonderful life with her husband and their two amazing daughters. Marcia loves spending quality time with her family and creating memories together. Outside of her role here, she's working toward her real estate salesperson license, aiming to achieve it in the next couple of months. Marcia brings dedication, warmth, and a great eye for detail to her work, and we’re thrilled to have her on the team!

Originally from El Salvador, Cecilia has called Harrisonburg home for the past 22 years, with a brief two-year stay in Amarillo, TX. A proud mom of two— a daughter and a son—Cecilia brings a wealth of experience from her time in the poultry industry, where she worked in both production and HR.

Though property management wasn't on her radar initially, Cecilia was eager to embrace a new challenge, and we're thrilled to have her as part of the Rocktown Realty team. In her free time, Cecilia enjoys listening to music and taking walks on warm days. Fun fact: she has a special love for owls!

Sharon was born in Winchester, VA and raised here in Harrisonburg. She has worked in office administration for over 15 years and lives with her Husband in Rockingham County. When she is not taking care of her summer and flower gardens, Sharon enjoys visiting local state parks and historical museums and homesteads.

Olga has recently moved to the Shenandoah Valley and joined the Rocktown Realty team in May of 2016. Olga has many years of experience in human resources, accounting and finance. Olga graduated from Russian Technical University with a Finance Degree, with Honors, in 2001. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and reading.
